12/4/25 at approximately 10:30 am . At the Franklin County Job and Family Service Center. The Agent i spoke with Kenya was EXTREMELY RUDE, belittling and dismissive. I called in to renew my benefits, she stated I could do that online, I replied with I am unable to do so online, she proceeded to laugh, as I was being such an inconvenience to her. I asked her why she’s being was being so rude as her tone of voice and way she was speaking to me said it all. She then proceeded to tell me that I could call back or be put on hold. I have no issue being put on hold . I’ve already waited 2 hours to even speak with an agent. Once she got back on the line, I asked her for her name ( I hadn’t caught it at the beginning of the phone call) she rudely and aggressively replied “ who am i speaking with, is it the same person I put on hold.” I stated yes. She again RUDELY and aggressively replied with my name was given at the beginning of the phone call. I asked to speak with someone else and she AGAIN threatened to hang up on me, all because I was questioning why she was being so rude, I don’t deserve the treatment that I received. No person should be spoken to in that manner or made to feel intimidated for seeking assistance with essential services.
Supervisors please review this phone call, and review the agent for work performance, as I’m sure you will find that she is an UNFIT agent, for the level of unprofessionalism exhibited. You will find she does not meet your goals or expectations of your employees. I’m sure that you will find this behavior unacceptable, and I highly recommend a follow through with correct disciplinary actions as needed. A disgruntled and hostile employee needs to be held accountable. As I do not feel comfortable with an employee who exhibits these type of behaviors to have access to my personal and confidential information . Thank you for taking the time to review this matter. I look forward to your acknowledgment and any follow-up steps regarding this complaint.

I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews. I never applied for Medicaid before but I faced some difficulties in my life and had to do it. Well, I came to office and the guys there helped me to fill all papers , explained what to do next and it was over.
If you are honest and do not use tricks , you will receive your benefits.
I gave 4 stars ( not 5) cause when you call there you will be on hold an hour or longer , be ready to be on the phone couple hours, probably this location doesn't have people enough or .. Franklin county is full or poor people...

I’ve been on hold for so long I fell asleep and took a nap and woke up STILL on hold!
I tried yesterday to get through, but I was on hold for an hour and a half and then they HUNG UP! I try to be understanding, I’m sure there’s a lot of callers and I’ve never worked for the government, but this is MORE than incompetent to say hello ONCE, apparently not hear me and then hang up before trying again!
