I cannot say enough great things about my gynecologist and their office. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly heard and understood. My concerns were taken seriously and never once did I feel dismissed or rushed. I also greatly appreciate the follow-up phone calls, it really shows they care and take the time to make sure their patients feel supported and informed. If you’re looking for a provider who is compassionate, professional, and genuinely listens, I highly recommend them!

I had a less than pleasant experience with Dr. Fredrickson. I was referred to this office after struggling with fertility issues for over a year and was really looking forward to getting some help. After waiting more than a month for an appointment, Dr. Fredrickson was not interested in discussing anything other than my weight. She asked few questions and argued with me when I said another physician said I had PCOS before bluntly asking “so, what are we going to do about your weight?”. Even once I got emotional, she remained cold and said I would need to lose a significant amount of weight or I wouldn’t be allowed to deliver there. While I am not skinny, I am also an average size for a plus size woman my age. She made me feel like I could be on My 600lb Life. While I am not arguing that weight could be a contributing factor in my struggle to conceive, she was not interested in exploring anything else. I had to push to have labs done which ended up showing I am low in a hormone. I did not receive a call regarding my labs and had to call their office to interpret the results. Once I spoke with a nurse, she said the doctor didn’t make any notes on my insufficient hormones and suggested I take the dose of vitamin D that I am already taking (which I told the doctor during the visit). The doctor didn’t seem to look over my labs or notes closely enough to see that I already take vitamin D and need to increase the dose. Overall, my experience was terrible and if you are plus size, avoid this office. They are supposedly going to call me regarding this complaint but I highly doubt it. I am choosing to see another office that will hopefully think I deserve care and dignity as a fat person, something this office did not.

I was very happy with my experience with four corners OBGYN and my pregnancy. I specifically loved seeing Rachel (PA), Lauren (NP) and Dr. Palmer and Dr. Garcia. Scarlett is the BEST sonographer and was efficient and thorough each scan. Each of them really listened to me each appointment and spent time with me. Dr Garcia is so kind and knowledgeable; we made an induction plan together with him using the best evidence based practices. He delivered my baby safely and healthily and because she was healthy, he was able to follow my few preferences. The only criticism I have is that when you have to make ultrasound appointments, they make you have a follow up the same day. This involved me missing some work because they are a lot of times unable to get the ultrasound right before an appt, an I had to come back 5 or 6 hrs later. This is their policy but it would be nice if they could have some leeway and have and end of day ultrasound followed by an appt fist thing in the morning or just have some more availability for most women who are working and having to take off work for their appointments
