Any referral in here i will higly appreciate..Florida rural services just told me my case is outside their priorities. Am desperate needing help but every door i knock is shut right infront of me, attorneys,lawyers,Florida Bar i have gone everywhere but bureaucracy is doing what it does best: failing the very people who need help most.Am handling a probate case in Hardee County involving a disputed property transfer. I invested over $80,000 in renovations under verbal n written promises of ownership before the decedent passed . A relative used a Power of Attorney to transfer the deed to herself just before his death. I’ve filed for formal administration and a civil case for unjust enrichment, but I have no legal representation and limited resources. I was told by Florida Rural Legal Services that this matter is outside their priority. I’m seeking pro bono or reduced-cost legal help. Please let me know if you can assist or refer me to someone who can.

This has been one of the worst places to deal with. The attorney they assignm me to seem like he was working more toward my ex husband then for me. When I asked him what we can do he was pretty much giving up on my case saying. I would say he was to lazy to do his job and just wanted an easy open and close case. I talked to his supervisor and she was no help at all. They know my situation and still withdrew from my case. This is horrible place to reach for help.
