This is not a good company. Chastity Taylor got before the court and lied. She stated my mom had inconsisted care at home. My mom had her grandkids living with her and had 12 hours a day assistance. Now my mom is been forced to live with a sibling who tried to kill her so others would not be able to see her.

Has no protection protocol for erroneous restraining orders. I have been harassed by a party for over 2 years via frivolous court filings. Law enforcement cautioned the person for filing false reports and won't allow it, however the Safety Center has allowed the party to file a series of fraudulent restraining orders thru their agency without recourse to the person filing the false affidavits.

When I came in for my appointment I was extremely nervous terrified of what could possibly happen to me, but after speaking to Kendra M. I knew I would be ok. She’s very compassionate when it comes to her job excellent customer service. Speaking with her help ease my mind and improved my day. I’m truly grateful for the wonderful outstanding customer service I received from her. She went above and beyond. Thank you so much Kendra!
