I have been calling for TWO months trying to get copies of my records from when I was being seen as a client by a therapist who no longer works at this facility. I have not gotten any results at all despite me stressing the importance and urgency of this paperwork and the fact that it is needed for court purposes. They keep transferring me to someone name Bessie or Betsy who is never available and her voicemail is always full. Apparently she is the only one who can provide the information that I have been requesting since August and it is now October and not one single employee or supervisor has had the common courtesy or decency to follow up with me through any method at all. I am beyond frustrated at this terrible experience and extreme lack of professionalism that I have been forced to deal with.

The decatur location is not well equipped for variable activities during the visit. the staff is unprepared took them over 1/2 an hour to find the keys while we waited in the car. latrice and her staff acted too bossy, had no clue what the court order stated she was too bossy & racist. very prejudice & unprofessional just wanted to collect the enrollment fees & visit fees without any desire to serve our family

I had a very negative and immensely terrible experience with Tamika Green. I highly recommend that no parent, particularly those who are dealing with co parenting that involves domestic and/or anger issues to never utilize her services in any manner. She seems very male identified, extremely bias, judgemental and will gaslight you if you observe and attempt to address her mistreatment. In addition, I find that this agency, as well as, it's leader to be very non - forthcoming and lacks honest and open communication. To anyone reading never let or allow anyone to speak to you disrespectfully just because they're in a certain position and/ or if you feel holds cards because, at the end a person is going to think what they want regardless. I've learned from the horrible experience and hope this review will help someone.
