My first experience with this group was wonderful from 2022 to 2025, but in this year, things have taken a dramatic turn for the worst. I feel like a burden or enemy to these people. It is almost like they want to refuse me service but can't. I am really disappointed by how things are going.

Breakers of confidentiality. I told my therapist something I didn’t want others to know and she said she would not break my confidentiality and she did without receiving any percussions

I reached out to Equinox to ask about services for my son with schizophrenia, but never received a call back. Once again, I am saddened by the lack of quality in the services and supports available to people that suffer from severe and persistent mental illness - it is shameful. There is so little support - and what is available is pretty terrible. I know my posting here is likely fruitless, but I am sending my sadness and exhaustion out to the universe in hopes that someday, we as a people will develop a kindness and understanding of the many thousands of people that suffer from SPMIs. They deserve better.
