I left here unexpectedly and I was never contacted and no one looked into what happened to me and why I left abruptly. I tried to come back a week later because I was right back to square one, in a situation that I couldn't handle. The director told me that the rooms were full when I was getting texts from a woman who lived in the house and she was the only one residing there. I can't believe how she picks and chooses women she would like to help and not just accept any woman who needs help, first come, first serve. She will be the reason that someone could lose their life. It's very unorganized, I wasn't offered any services, things were said but never done. This program

EBCH helped me back in 1990. My children and I needed a safe place to go and they were there for us. I was given many great resources to help my children and myself. Our life move on after EBCH. I can’t say it was all easy. The scars that domestic violence leaves on children is hard to just brush off, but we made it. We are survivors. Had it not been for EBCH we may have never made it out.

They will have you go talk to them so that they get your information and send off claiming to help so many domestic violence victim's, but then they will tell you that they can not help with keeping victims safe that they have zero resources that they are full, but by collecting your info. they can put in for more funding, this practice has been going on for years that I know of.
