Poor communication from every single person here you go in person and right away they want to deal with everything via email and no one ever answers or reply’s aweful it used to be better before now it’s terrible

Case workers lack basic computer knowledge and will have you running back and forth like an animal for documents that they claim they don't need at first, then suddenly change their mind weeks later. Their phone operators are among the worst as they always leave you on hold.

Everytime I try to call they never answer and when they do they just decide to hang up. I called for help with my application and they never answered.

I received an email from a HCV Technician, stating my application was selected for HCV. We worked together for a month ( She would email every Tuesday) with questions or documents that she needed to proceed. The last time she contacted she stated she had all the information she needed to move forward and I should be getting a voucher. I haven’t heard back from her since than which was 2 months ago. She went from emailing me or responding to my emails to totally vanished. I have called the “main office line” to no avail. Never received and answer just an automated machine for hours on hours until I finally decide to hang up. This is really sad, why play with people lives like this? And I am not even in TX so I can’t just go into the office.

Went with my daughter to get information with housing. The gentleman was very helpful. Explained the process. However a woman walked out and said there was a waiting period. She was very unprofessional. Didn't answer anymore questions. There are people out there needing services. People are at the mercy of people like her. Housing need to check on these employees and discipline them. They should not be working with people. No one deserves this treatment.
