There is a new employee that's very strict. You are better off going to the help hub at the Harrleson center or Salvation Army. A couple of people I knew was kicked out with no explanation. The new employee is very ruthless and ugly. Please don't ask for help it's a big waste of time. My friend is in fear for her life and they wont do anything to help her, her ex is very abusive too. They used to be very helpful until the new girl showed up.

The staff is awesome. They genuinely care about you and will help in anyway they can.
