They pick and choose who they want to place . They will give you number for places in different counties that won’t accept you

I do not feel comfortable and when I told them why they proceeded to have me sit and talk to someone I was uncomfortable with. They did not listen to me and they did not help me with anything, this is not a place to go for help when you really need it they are just collecting funds from the government and being biased on who and when they help people. With all that I’m going through right now I would have thought this place would be the one to help out of all my options. I wouldn’t recommend because you’ll leave out feeling worse than when you came. I’m contacting the better business borough on them to express how I feel. I needed assistance with PFA and shelter and I couldn’t get help with neither I am being stalked and harassed. The director is not very people friendly she allowed my right to be protected there away from me as she allowed a sheriff to come in the office to serve me while I sat there crying and venting. If I could give a zero I would. This is not a safe place at all. They didn’t even give me a call back to check on me after I left if your a sensitive person I would not recommend dealing with this company they are biased!
