Absolutely horrible. They're of no assistance at all. You'll hear something different from everyone you speak with, get put on the waiting list which is basically just that.... Waiting and waiting and waiting to no avail and then you're just SOL because you've waited so long you're no longer eligible for their assistance. There is no other domestic violence assistance here. Too bad for you, too bad for your kids. Figure it out. Don't bother. Really. It's worthless.

Someone stole one of our cellphones. The phone pinged here on findmy for days. I called multiple times they said there as nothing they could do. They have full authority to search members for drugs and other illegal things. But they would rather have their members be charged with additional crimes apparently. Given that the location of the phone was there after their open hours. so could have even been an employee. Which seems indicative given the response that we received from staff.

I had a really good experience with Madson today. She really helped me out and the customer service was really good. I was referred by a friend and she gave me and a friend a gift for the referral. She’s definitely an underrated gem.
