Former Case Manager, Great place to work, however the Case Managers are really underpaid. DRMM really helps peoples. I seen clients lives transformed from hopelessness to faith and endurance. I have seen clients walk into DRMM homeless and leave out of DRMM with keys to an apartment or a place they can call home. However it up to the individual to want to make a change in their lives because I have also seen clients walk in DRMM homeless and leave out homeless. Nevertheless, DRMM help those who have the desire to be HELPED .

I have work for this company for a couple of years and I would give them negative stars if I could. I would tell people never to work for them. There are so many problems with this company. One of them to work HR doesn’t do there job. I have call/email and show up at there office many times to report my boss for a hostile work environment. They just send me away. Never reply back. Over the last two years, i have been told many times i would be replaced/for fired if i didn’t do what they asked, even if it was something illegal. I have been call a liar, and told I was no good. Coworkers been told that I have have a bad attitude about me and they should never talk to me. They leave you with two options, one is to quit, the other is to sue. You might as well be homeless because at least they would try To find food or housing for you.

Dirty and dangerous. Unless you a hood rat this is the wrong place fo you. Staff is bunch of former inmates and they treat you like u in prison again.

I had stayed there 1 night and it was okay especially I had no where to turn to on a cold night in November and they tried to offer me services and I was able to find palce the next day. But there's always DRM to uplift the spirts of ppl and help a fellow brother of GOD..
