I've been waiting since august of 2016.... others have gotten approved or denied within 30 days already this year and its march 2017... all anyone can say is they're backed up and my application is in the backlog

My kids lost insurance for an unknown reason, they claimed I make to much money when my income is the same. I reapplied months ago and have never heard back. It was confirmed I did apply. My children are desperate for medical care. I'm at my wits end. I don't know what to do. I'm stuck between being to poor and making too much?? Help. Please help. At least answer the phone and approve my application. We need mental and physical services. Please. Please please.

I waited on hold for literally over an hour. I've never reached any one from this number. They need to have a call waiting time and number of callers in front of you update. Otherwise you pretty much can only assume they completely ignore all calls or their phone is in the basement or something.
