I am happy to finally have found A PSYCHIATRIST to see my child however, they only have one doctor willing to see children here and we are unable to reach ANYONE that actually helps with medication changes/adjustments in between appointments. I leave messages with staff, nobody follows up and we are left with either..... a. Continuing medication that is not working until our next appointment or b. Stopping all meds leaving us in the same position as before If you can get into another psych, definitely go with another provider.

Horrible communication via it's answering machine and the wrbsite is ridiculously out of date regarding Covid-19 The phone information still refers to the Dept being in stage 1A of the vaccine..that is nearly a year ago! Trying to figure out how to get a replacement card so can get a booster (lost my original one via DeKalb PH) is just so so so frustrating! If I ho directly to the Vinson bldg without an appt to get a new card or my vaccination record you know they are going to refuse to even ley me walk into the lobby...any idead or do I have to just get the series of vaccinations all over again? HELP. THIS IS IMPORTANT!!

The people in the birth certificate office are the worst and simply don't want to work. I showed up at 4:13 pm and was told that the office already closed. The security guard said they leave at 4:15 but the website says 5 and I arrived beefier 4:15 even. Government orgs are meant to serve the citizens and this one certainly doesn't.

I went to get my birth certificate and I was in and out in no time. JoKeisha was very helpful and has a great personality. Diamond and the other security staff greeted me upon entry and they were friendly people.

I went to Vital Records to get a copy of my birth certificate and was pleasantly surprised with the wait time. In fact, I was shocked to be in and out within a matter of 15 minutes or so. Moreover, happy with the excellent customer service provided by Deborah, professionalism is a rare commodity. Deborah deserves many kudos for setting the tone, she’s a 5 star employee for sure!!! 🤗
