First, I drove 45 minutes to be told in person that my doctor called in sick as no one thought to call me beforehand. Second, after being told that I am able to see the psychiatrist via tele-health after the initial, in-person assessment, I get sat in a room with a camera and am told that I have to come into the clinic every visit to sit in front of a camera which is unlike ANY other psychiatric clinic I have been to, all of which have offered tele-health from the beginning. Third, do NOT bother, if you want the best for yourself, which I recommend, choose an accredited psychiatric health clinic like Novant, Atrium, or Mindpath, thank me later!

Would not recommend this facility! The staff are extremely rude, and useless. I understand they deal with a lot of “frequent flyers” but the lack of respect is astounding! Not to mention their work ethic’s! I’m not sure if they are short staffed, or what the problem is, but we sat there for FIVE HOURS just waiting…They lobby was empty, so I’m not exactly sure what they do behind those closed doors! There were three-four staff members behind the window just sitting and talking … not working!

Horrible place to go! The nurse, Celeste is absolutely rude. She never returns your calls and when she does she is just rude and argumentative! Definitely do not schedule an appointment with Dr Hassani. She is the worst. They require you to come into the office to meet with her, but she lives in Florida so you have to do a virtual call. Why can’t I just stay at home if she is to do my meeting. Driving there to meet someone virtually makes no sense. She won’t even show her face when you do talk to her. She doesn’t care about you is what I found, she simply wants to prescribe you pills without listening to your needs so she can quickly bill you and move on. The whole operation and process is horrible. If you want help, do not go here. They are a disgrace to the profession and I honestly don’t know how they even have clients with the way they treat people.

My experience with Daymark is one summed up as frustrating. Employees don't return voice mail messages (even the director) and therefore you never get to talk to the right person. You have an assessment and it's a month later before you can see the doctor. I finally cancelled my appointment and am going back to my PCP and insurance company in hopes of finding another facility that doesn't treat you like a potted plant. Wouldn't recommend.

The service they render is good but most of the staff at the front desks are rude and not very friendly. Not the best especially when they are dealing with people who are trying to detox and recover. Some happy faces and a bit of love would go a long way.
