To the Staff ! They are awesome! Most helpful in Texas ,I am honestly,Miss.Andrea She is a very,caring , professional,sweet good ,She does her do very well ! I love her heart of service. Got taken off the Denton housing all because, I couldn't find a unit and couldn't get anymore extensions all the apartment's that I had applied for put me on a waiting list it took me 3months looking and no one had anything available they kept saying waiting list. They could of had least waited until I found something before they took me off. my guess is that's how everything works in Denton if you don't find an apartment at a certain time your off the housing section 8 voucher program.it's just sad that I didn't get a chance to move to Denton from Dallas..I want be applying no more it takes forever to even get another voucher like 5 to 10 yrs or longer.

Worst customer service ! Tried calling about 50 times and no one picks up ! All of them are working from home and take advantage of not replying to emails or even explaining anything in details ! No one is taking responsibility for not picking calls and even responding to emails ! Need to file a complaint to better business bureau or sue them eventually. Someone is obviously not keeping up an eye on their employees and holding them accountable.

These reviews got to be from people that work for DHA and if they are not you must be saying to IVR system is doing a good job because a live person never answer the phone so my question is why do they ask to call for information when no one ever answers the phone, I guess its just me.

Ok wow, I just spoke to Kai (sp?) on the phone and I have never had a more courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable person give me info from a municipal bureaucracy in my life. The entire phone call was a pleassure!!
