They started out good and reliable back in 2020 when I signed up for their payee services and their vocational job training. As of the last 8 months, you need a prayer and a miracle trying to get ahold of anybody here, because it is nearly impossible. I was happy with their services back when I started now I'm just getting fed up with the excruciating lackluster communication Sure hope they get this straightened out so I can enjoy the experience with them again.

This place is an absolute joke. Would not recommend at all. Unprofessional, no compassion. Sometimes they can't even schedule you for your appointments for literally months. They are not flexible at all. Do not recommend at all. I used them as a provider with no problems for over 2 years until Kari Hercules Apn. Not only are her medical skills lacking she is not a nice person. No compassion.

Crosspoint agency policies are in place to protect the persons served. There is an attendance policy in place that many do not agree with. However what most ppl do not understand is that there are many people needing services that want to come but can not because slots are filled. The attendance policy allows the agency to filter out those clients who are not fully committed to recieving services and makes way for those who are. I really love the effort that this agency puts forth in taking care of their persons served. The therapists are Amazing and kind! I recommend trying them for yourself! ❤
