The director's steal funding meant for homeless people. Its been in the news..
Management of the facility bully honest caring employees to the point where they quit and also favor people struggling with addiction so they can manipulate and control them.
The staff is rude and take donated clothing and personal care items meant for residents for themselves instead of giving them to residents.
The director's and manager also allow staff to have personal relationships with residents who are vulnerable individuals with disabilities. i.e monetary loans, prescription drugs and use of food stamps.
Social workers do not do anything to help residents other than file your personal information in the state data base .
Crossroads needs an in depth investigation.

They helped me quickly get back on my feet and into an apartment. It's been a year and they STILL check on me to see if I need anything. My car manager, Vicki was and still is AMAZING! Thanks Crossroads got all that you do!

They need Program Development and better Funding, if they truly want to make a difference.
My experience
.. Honestly in my humble opinion the facility is run too much like a jail or prison.

The most horrible excuse for a homeless shelter I ever experienced.... and I have been working, as a writer since 1974!!!!! OMG...this place needs to be investigated. It's run like a prison. No compassion...taking in lots of money and donations!!
