Cornerstone of Hope has truly been a lifeline for me after the unexpected death of my husband. I have been speaking weekly with a Counselor for several months and just finished a ten week Grief Support Group, for Loss of Spouse. Our Group Leaders were two compassionate women, who cared for each Group member as an individual. Thank You so much to Caroline and Maria for helping me along this lonely journey of grief.

I went to cornerstone for counseling after losing my spouse in September. They returned my call to take my information and set up my first appointment within 2 hours after I left a message. I received therapy for several months and found it was extremely helpful. My grief therapist was very kind, comforting and supportive.

My dad completed suicide in February 2016. I contacted Cornerstone of Hope on April 1st of that year, which came highly recommended by Lucas Funeral Home. They got me in immediately for a Diagnostic Assessment and I joined the support group for individuals who had lost a loved one to suicide. Cornerstone of Hope is amazing. They served dinner prior to the evening groups and they offer a plethora of activities in order for clients and their families to remember loved ones on major holidays and other times. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting. The therapists, group facilitators and interns are all so loving and empathetic.
