Been with consejo since I was teenager and had returned as an adult...I have been consistently receiving help from my therapist from the last 3 years. I have noticed betterment in my self. I'm happy that I get support and understanding culturally being 1st generation of an immigrant family. I am very thankful from the help I received from the team from front desk all the way to the doctors.

The psychiatrist is very unprofessional, she never sent my prescription I called many time she never answered I had to go to emergency clinic so I could get my medication They change the psychology very often hard for me talk to new person every time

Had been coming here for years, I was a patient as a child and a teenager. Over the years had multiple therapists that would leave after a year or so, Got tired of feeling like I was another case to be pushed to the next therapist so stopped services completely. Requested my records for personal use and it seems like I was a burden to even get my own records. Had to wait at least two weeks before I even got a call to let me know it would take another few weeks for them to request it and find out that they couldn't even mail them out like every other organization does. Haven't been here since I had the second therapist leave and definitely won't come back.
