Honestly they poorly care or show interest in the case i only once had a call from an update ever since then never had one again im the one who always has to be insisting on whatever update they have, i have to be calling and calling and sometimes they dont answer at all, of course i leave a voice message and dont call back and after like 2 years i just recieved and update and it wasnt even from them it was from the state saying they were going to terminate my case for not giving documents when from day one i gave the documents to them as requested wich means they didnt give in the documents in these 2 years and a half .

Lack of understanding. I’m unsure how a lady can be so rude and uptight. The lack of organization. I agree with the people who are saying they’re rude! This so called nice lady. She doesn’t give information, she rushed everything, and my families case has been going for more than months, but she still has no idea what is what. Porfavor si no entienden, traten de no ir aki, ellos no son organizados ( la señora ahí) . For my Spanish speakers.
