I don't know who I talked to but she probably was the most unpleasant person I've interacted with in a while. Tried to belittle me by calling me sweetie when she thought I did not understand something but it was a mistake anyone could have made. I know not many people come to this business for help and now I definitely see why.

I have windows 7 --64 bit on my computer but i have old cd programs that runs only on 32 bit so i bought cd that claims it can change 64 bit to 32 bit i installed it and computer was completely ruined i looked to the computer and saw the cd sticking its tongue at me saying nana nana i got you, a friend of mine recommended CTAC and WOW WOW these guys know what they are doing on top of that they are extremely nice on top of that they have the lowest price you can imagine i am very happy with their service. Keep up the good work guys.

They are super helpful! Didn't know what I needed and thewithout gentleman that helped me was so patient and knowledgeable. I called ahead and explained what I thought I needed and by the time I arrived he had pulled out two great options for me! They were just what I needed cables and all. He offered a great and more than fair price for what I needed. Now I am able to work on projects and start my business. Without their help I could have never afforded this set up and now I can start working on starting my business. If I could give them ten stars, I would.
