Poor communication. Appointments frequently canceled. They claim they call the patient to notify them, but in several instances this appears not to be the case. They are understaffed, so sometimes it's very hard to get through on the phone. Arrive early for your appointment. If you're on time but end up waiting a while in the check-in line, you might end up being marked as late and thus the provider won't see you. The people who work here are doing their best and try to be friendly, so I don't really blame them. However this place needs to hire more staff, and they probably need more funding. This comment isn't about the providers themselves but rather the administrative side of things. There are some good providers here, but plenty of room for improving the overall experience.

The staff were very kind, patient, respectful, and informative. I was able to schedule an appointment and meet with one of their doctors in a timely manner.

I’ve been going to this clinic off and on since 2007. It’s great to see a clinic serving such at risk communities. Also they have the best on hold music I’ve ever heard. It’s infectious and I wish I could get a copy of it.

I am mainly giving them 5 stars because of DR. Michael Alyward, he has been my doctor for a couple months now, and has helped me so much with my health problems, in a very empathetic way. Best doctor I’ve had!

I have a great experience at CUHCC. The staff was friendly. I wait less time that at my regular clinic and the doctor provide a lot information and suggestions. Very happy with my visit, also I got services in my own language. Thank you very much.
