quavius allen rated 1 3 years ago I had the worst experience dealing with this company. I understand that we as a collective during COVID 19 needs assistance. And with my rent office using these people I was hoping to at least receive help. However, in dealing with the application I had to send the same information a total of 4 times because either the picture was too blurry or I wasn’t verifying enough even though I sent in the email the ACTUAL verification.But alas, I was able to get processed through and closer to assistance.This started April 17.A few weeks later I was handled by a very incompetent employee. He claims he left voicemails but the mailbox was full and chose to email me TWO DAYS BEFORE DELETING MY APPLICATION.Keep in my mind logic will tell you that if the voicemailbox was full sending an email that day would help.
So in the deadline was FRIDAY MAY 8th I RECIEVE THE EMAIL WITH ALL THE INFROMATION ON MAY 6 EVEN THOUGH I HAVE HAD AN APPLICATION THAT WAS CLOSE TO PROCESSING BACK IN APRIL.Half of the info I couldn’t verify because it was above me so I sent everything IN FULL BACK HALF FILLED SOME INFORMATION THEY NEEDED TO SEND TO MY RENT OFFICE ON MAY 6th. I KEPT CONTACTING HIM MULTIPLE TIMES LEAVING VOICEMAILS AND EMAILS SAYING I SENT THIS INFO.HE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME TILL TUESDAY OF THE NEXT WEEK LYING AND SAYING I NEVER SENT ANY INFO WHEN I DID.I SENT HIM THE SCREENSHOTS PROVING I WAS ON TIME.HE STILL DENIED ME AND TOLD ME TO RE ENTER. At this point I was fed up about this unprofessional experience. I left out names because I know it isn’t gonna change anything. Like I said I know millions of other people are looking for assistance at this time but these people are by far the WORST I have dealt with. Very uncommunicative and lack basic skills.This virus has really shown the ugly in all the things we didn’t see before |

dontavious lartdale (OGlartdale) rated 1 6 years ago I've tried recieving assistance 2x and both times I was told at the last minute I couldn't be assisted. With utility assistance I had all paperwork except my social security card that I had to reapply for and brought back. That's when I was told that because my utilities had been disconnected I couldn't be helped but there was a young lady sitting next to me who's utilities were also disconnected and was told to bring back paperwork and they would process her application. Then with rental assistance it took me from the 1st of Dec until the middle of Jan to call and finally get through to make an appointment. At that time I was told the lady I had appointment would call me with the information I needed to bring with me. Since I hadn't heard from I decided to give her a call in which I was then notified that I couldn't be assisted because I had reached the time limit in which I was unemployed. Well how was I to know that when calling from 8am until around 11:30 am the line is busy and they stop taking calls. So yes I reached that time being I've been calling for a month and a half. It would also help if the information is provided on the website. |
