If I could give 0 stars I would. My dad has been coming here since 2013 but ever since Holly Reece left the practice this year it went downhill. They have made appointments with Marie Georges and others and they are completely WORTHLESS. Every appointment they have no idea why my dad is there after THEY make the follow up appointments. They ask the same questions over and over and don’t do anything. My mom needed some FMLA paperwork filled out because the first time Marie George filled it out INCORRECTLY and she said the nurses would fill it out and the nurses said they wouldn’t that the doctor would. They just kept pointing responsibility to each other but did not resolve the issue. The nurses are so rude and unhelpful. The whole office has new staff that is not helpful at all. DO NOT GO HERE!! After 10 years we are not coming back to this place.

I have disability papers from my lawyer I need filled out , simple procedure . The Dr acted like I printed it myself after she sent me to physical therapy and they filled out what needed but the referring Dr had to sign it. She refused and gave me some lecture how she been going this for 30 years. Very unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint and possibly a discrimination case.

I only encountered 2 friendly people at this location, the MA who roomed us and the MA who checked on us, because the CMC was running late, an hour late. I tried asking the front desk where a bathroom was , was ingnored, tried to ask them how much longer before we would be seen, again ignored. When the cmc finally walked in the room she introduced herself, no apology for keeping us waiting. Needless to say I took as much rudeness as I could take and ended the appt.

Be very careful going here. If your going through something terrible I recommend you go somewhere else. 2 plus months of misery with them. To get an appointment take months and for them to refer you to an specialist even longer. They schedule appoints, then they get canceled without you even knowing. You show up and have to find out they canceled your appointments. Been going to something very terrible and been waiting to see a specialist but it doesnt happen. 2 months of not working. 2 months of them canceling appointments. Also they never send in prescriptions when needed, each time I try to pick up from the pharmacy they always say doctor never called them in. Straight up misery! Be careful. Ive still have not been seen for my condition, appointment for my specialist still has not been made after they canceled. I cant switch providers because ill have to wait all over again.

Absolutely the rudest Dr. I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with. I had a virtual/video appt scheduled at 11:45 and the Dr. called me (no video) at 1:50, no apologies or even acknowledgement of the delay. She then told me I needed to come in for appointment in order for her to prescribe me meds, I let her know I wished the person scheduling would have informed me of that as I specifically told them I needed to establish care and get refills. The Dr., (Marjory Smith), was extremely defensive, talked over me and told me basically they are too busy to schedule me correctly and nothing could have been done differently. She wanted me to come in for a face to face appointment (I have no insurance so another visit is a huge expense) in order for her to consider refilling the meds I’ve been taking for 15 years and they wouldn’t be able to get me in for several weeks because they are so busy. I would never recommend this clinic for anyone who is looking for a provider that cares about their patients.
