The front desk is improving and better than before. The waiting time is more than expected. Community medical Center is providing good health services. But sometime it takes too long to give you an a doctor appointment and to call their phone number they are not answering call in 30 minutes. Sometime when you need a doctor appointment and Tracy, they’re giving you an appointments in Manteca or Stockton. or they will give you appointment after two months.

They're running late for your service almost all the time and the one time we get late 15 minutes because my 95 year old grandfather has been facing walking / mobility issues, they totally refused to serve even though he is facing some drastic conditions. They wouldn't even provide medications list or 5 minutes of consult to just go over some basic things. They do not care about you, you could die and they'd only care about making money off you. Specially the receptionists, they do not care at all. Find better, specially for your elderly.

My daughter had an appointment today at 9:30 a.m. I arrived at 9:20 and waited until 11:30 — over two hours — even though the appointment itself lasted less than TEN MINUTES. This happens every time, and the staff always say they are “running behind,” even when there are no other people waiting in the lobby. This is very frustrating and unprofessional.
