JW Shepperson rated 4 3 months ago At this point I do not know how CCC will be in terms of the actual services they will provide, but I can say that my customer service representative was exceptional! Ashley not only shared her gift of hospitality, but was extremely empathetic of my problems and allowed me the opportunity to get some of my problems of my chest, something other reps won't do. She explained services/times I could get services and was patient with me during the process. Kudos to "Ashley" because I was definitely apprehensive of čalling based on prior reviews, but I thank God I was able to reach someone for services who seemed to genuinely care about customers, is patient, friendly, and most of all...ENCOURAGING! She lifted so many burdens & I thank God she was the representatives who answered my call. |
Jorden Addams rated 1 10 months ago Food Bank gives you one small bag of food with nothing but canned beans lemon juice that expires in a week a sweet tea bag i pack of pasta not enough food for one day and the only thing i can eat out of the whole bag is the pasta box because i dont have a can opener. This is a shame. |

Monique MsMo rated 1 a year ago This review is based mainly on the representation of this organization by Ms. Jessica Wells, in the recent WRIC News 8 coverage of the disposal of a client's items from their temporary housing assignment: The ONE star is for the total lack of empathy! And if the few sentences you have shared in response to this situation, is an accurate reflection of where you stand as a person- it's a heart issue. I pray your heart is healed. |
Assia Benslimane rated 1 2 years ago Awful service ...i left messages for the last 4 weeks not even a call back and when u speak to the frint desk ..they have no courtesy or even an inviting voice full of attitude ..its unfortunate at one point this was an awesome organization..i guess everything comes to an end ..thr best lawyer miss Sullivan has left the charities what a huge loss.now I cant even get to representative to answer my calls |
