At this point I do not know how CCC will be in terms of the actual services they will provide, but I can say that my customer service representative was exceptional! Ashley not only shared her gift of hospitality, but was extremely empathetic of my problems and allowed me the opportunity to get some of my problems of my chest, something other reps won't do. She explained services/times I could get services and was patient with me during the process. Kudos to "Ashley" because I was definitely apprehensive of čalling based on prior reviews, but I thank God I was able to reach someone for services who seemed to genuinely care about customers, is patient, friendly, and most of all...ENCOURAGING! She lifted so many burdens & I thank God she was the representatives who answered my call.

Food Bank gives you one small bag of food with nothing but canned beans lemon juice that expires in a week a sweet tea bag i pack of pasta not enough food for one day and the only thing i can eat out of the whole bag is the pasta box because i dont have a can opener. This is a shame.
