I see where the negative reviews come from now.. how do you advertise you have a domestic violence hotline on your website then tell people that you don’t and re direct them to the national domestic violence hotline number? DV services are truly such a scam and con, something shady is definitely going on. I wonder how many donations are going in thinking they have a hotline then you call and they don’t?! Where is the money going?! I’m really curious.

I called because i wanted to donate to help woman in this situation. I asked how can i donate shoes ,brand new, and clothes and they said they dont except these items. Kinda upset me because people of the community would like to help and we get denied. Sometimes these woman have to leave with nothing

Way better than I ever expected but you have to have the right attitude and motivation because nobody is going to do ALL the work for you. The staff was patient and kind which means a lot considering the amount of stress and anxiety you feel in your new surroundings. Dalia specifically, truly cares and takes the time to help those who REALLY want the help! I am truly thankful to everyone here!
