I had ran out of my prescription and needed a refill. First of all, the doctor I was seeing was no longer there. I was not notified of that. My appointment was within the next 14 days and because I hadn't seen a doctor since November, they wouldn't give me a refill of a month or even 14 days supply. I even left a message on the administrator voice-mail. She has not contacted me yet. But do not be mistaken if I owed for a bill they would call me 3-4 times a day. This is an operation that cares about money rather than their patients.

I only put one star cause I wanted to write something please please please stay away from this place it is ghetto as everrrrrrrr staff is rude managers are rudest you will sit no less than a hour for your scheduled appointment and don’t go to the desk to say something you will literally get cursed out and again managers are the rudest you have people nodding of drugs in the lobby you have people walking in yelling cd dvd lighters loose squares loud you have staff literally walking from behind desk telling people meet me outside to fight just horrible clinic pleaseeeeeeee stay away

Are y'all not taking appointments??? Cuz why is it that I call 4 days in a row to make appointment and I'm on hold waiting for someone to answer for an hour???? I'm gonna stop coming here. Lucky got one star cuz I wanted to put 0 stars

This whole place is a joke. I wish i could give it no stars. My son has covid 19 and its impossible to speak to a doctor or anybody at any time! They do not go by anything the CDC says. Its filthy and very unprofessional. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. I honestly don't understand how they are still in business. DO NOT take your kids here!

I would not make an apt here again. I switched from the Torrence location, switched because the provider was not that great and they lost my test results and avoided calling me back to tell me. Made an apt at thi location hoping for better but that was not the case. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for 4/21 and received a text 2 days before that it was canceled. I called for more information, no details other than provider won’t be in and they can’t schedule me until MID MAY! .. Very unprofessional, definitely looking elsewhere.
