I got an amazing teacher. Classes and topics are very useful. I have learned a lot and am pushing to continue the use of the tools and knowledge gained. Thank you for this chance.

The people who host these classes are extremely rude and unprofessional. They need to hire people who show more compassion an empathy for people who want to change. You should seriously look into the employees that you hire. Degrees do not make a person qualified to deal with people. You are in serious need of replacements.

Horrible ! Horrible! First off will say the lady that answers the telephones and at this office is extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all! They are scammers that just want your money ! You have to pay per class and for orientation. After paying for orientation and first class. I left work to show up for my first class today , class started at 945 I arrived at 948 ( due to the fact I rushed there having to leave work). They WOULD NOT let me attend the class because of 2 MINUTES! WOW the worst part is they are making me pay AGAIN for orientation which I've already paid and having to re pay and re take orientation again all because of arriving 2 minutes after class started. So now I still can't start my class til another two weeks. This is ridiculous to make someone pay twice and re take a class they just took a week ago. It's all a scheme to get more money out of you. Here we try to make a change put forth effort. This place is suppose to help ppl and instead Thier focus is taking ppls money.
