I was adopted in 1955 from the children’s home in Richmond. Have been following them throughout my whole life. They placed me with the best loving family to fit my needs and I am proud to be adopted. My family and I attended the retirement of the social worker who handled my case in1973. I found my bio mothers side over 20 years ago when attending the 100 year gala in 2000.CHSVA does amazing work and this organization rocks!
