I was treated terribly by this company as a contract worker. The army should give this contract to a company that treats the people that work for them with human decency. I am not saying that UPPER MANAGEMENT knows about how badly the lower management at the ARLINGTON VA office treats contract staff but they SHOULD.

We relocated to a new state without knowing where we could send our daughter for child care and we heard most centers were on a 6-12 month waitlist. The Referral Specialist at Child Care Aware identified two centers with high ratings in our town where our daughter could enroll within the month, and had the paperwork ready for us the following day. This was a huge help to remove some of the stress from our move, and our daughter had a great experience at her new center!

I have been incredibly impressed by Child Care Aware. Not only is it offering a huge financial benefit to military, the employees have been nothing but courteous and helpful. A couple year's ago, they helped me try to get one of our previous daycares signed up. While the daycare opted not to proceed, the CCAoA employees were very patient and answered all my questions. A couple years later when we were able to get into a daycare that works with the program, they were quick to get my file updated, then immediately started paying almost half of our cost for daycare. Additionally, they even retroacted the payments back to when my children were first enrolled into the school. Very thankful for all their work!
