Very poor customer relations...this whole place shuts down at lunch.. really who does that?? Took my donation to good will

Nope not helpful. No blessings here. We desperately needed help for our light and they asked for over 20 documents and bc I was missing my daughter social card. They denied me. That fast. I had proof of social but not the physical card itself I had income tax papers and anything else as proof. But bc of one silly government paper. They declined. Tax the churches since they want have that type of judgment
