I called today and the lady at the desk was so rude. She at like she don't want to help. So I called back and she picked up the phone and hung up on me. Very nasty to the people who are in need

Stop telling me to ask these people for help. I have…. and only when the next week I was going to be on the street. I’ve been hung up on and belittled because I told the truth and I’m not a compulsive liar. While I see junkies get their rent and electric paid once a year so they can have a free month drug binge I end up homeless not to mention anyone living with me. I swear the 3 maybe maybe 4 times I called over 2 years I got the same lady with the rude NY accent and she misunderstood everything I said……. EVERY TIME. Stop telling me to call these people they only help drug addicts not pay rent or people someone up there knows not people who actually need help.
