Let me tell Ya this agency is not to help no Single mother in need the stipulations are ridiculous and the communication skills are just not great. While I am trying to explain my situation I couldn’t even finish a sentence just rude and then the lie on the my file I didn’t take all my paperwork no they said my vehicle being broken down with a bill of over a thousand dollars and not including rent utilities, food wasn’t an emergency. This agency needs the star there to review what is going on. You guys are not for the hard working single mothers!!!

They aren't here to help the poor that's for sure. They have ridiculous stipulations and guidelines that you have to meet just to get a little help. I've never seen an organization that gets millions every year that can't help with a $170 light or gas bill. I will never go there or recommend anyone else go there for assistance.

I rated 5 because I love what they do for people; however I want to be able to reach someone when I call, I went on a Friday afternoon after 2 and they were closed. I went on a Saturday to drop off donations and waited for the opening drop off time as the sign reads for Saturday, with another patron dropping off donations and it never opened, no one was there, after calling the number no one answered, I left a message and no one called back. I've tried to volunteer my time and no one calls back. They are closed for a lunch hour. Great people, I would like to see better business that matches.

We are from Pecos and have wanted to stop here, but closed on weekends. Luckily we came to Odessa yesterday and stopped in. Store is so clean and organized. Prices are very reasonable. But, all the ladies who worked there were so nice I just wanted to hug each one of them!!!
