The services provided are the bare minimum, CEO does not care about the quality of care or facilities. CCFCC has had multiple sites shut down due to neglect and inappropriate staff conduct, including physical abuse towards clients, staff members using narcotics on the clock, and putting clients in harms way. Corrupt agency. Would never recommend. Claims To be a non profit, that is a lie.

CCFCS has given me opportunity for growth and advancement. Leadership is open to working with you when you show initiative and desire to want more. High pay rate compared to other agencies out there. Always expanding and growing so there is always room to try and explore different departments. Pinwheel and Racial & Equity Committee reflects CCFCS value for its employees for engagement and what are important to them. I feel heard and valued working here. I highly recommend CCFCS if you are passionate about helping others.

A large and diverse organization with a wide and deep array of programs and services aimed toward the skill building, growth, inclusion, and rehabilitation of persons of varying abilities and backgrounds. Great leadership, efficient operations, and talented, compassionate staff.

This is a great program. Excellent work by CFC. I was moved by the story shared by Fatuma from Kenya. I intend to support CFC. My wife worked for Catholic Charities many years ago. Until I listened to Fatuma, I had forgotten about Catholic Charities!

The therapists here are horrible. I've known 2 people that have been seen here and both have had horrible experiences. One patient completely left the clinic and the other received a referral from his doctor and will be leaving because of inadequate care. They need to step it up and learn how to treat patients effectively.
