I called to ask questions about my step son and the lady immediately turned around and went and told his mother exactly what I said! This place is a pos and very ratchet. Stay far away!

I'm kamela I was there from Sept 11 to May 12 for the most part I learned alot about myself learned accountability for the choices I made residential and treatment was clean mind ur business do what you have to do for you and yours do not and i repeat DO NOT SHARE FOOD at treatment thats what got me out the door ne humble and remember most of all YOU CAN NOT TELL HELP HOW TO HELP YOU make the most of your situation and if you don't like rule o well because there's rules everywhere in the world you always remember that

If I could give zero stars I would. This place looks good on paper but they do not have their stuff together I just left yesterday because they refused to let me go to urgent care while I was puking all over the place that morning. The staff talks to the consumers like you are stupid for asking questions. They are supposed to provide food and I asked for 3 weeks for food and the only way I could feed my daughter was to go without and ask other consumers for food for my baby. They would have me waiting outside holding a newborn and a 14 month old in the heat for an hour and a half waiting on a ride home from the dr when I was only 15 minutes away. There is so much wrong with this place it is unreal I almost lost my mind so I had to leave. Like I said it looks good on paper but it is completely different to be in the program. I don’t know about outpatient but I wouldn’t recommend anyone do inpatient they expect way too much from you and if the child’s grandparents want to keep the child on the weekends they will not allow that and say that you have to do it all on your own and that’s considered getting too much help I can’t even type everything but this place is s joke and they have bed bugs being passed around all of the apartments but the people that get bedbugs will get written up for telling the rest of the consumers about it because they don’t want To exterminate every apartment. It was like a prison and they say the kids aren’t in the program but they have a curfew to be home from their relatives houses and can’t go to see their relatives too often. I have never been so miserable and controlled.

This place was and is an answer to prayer for my daughter. It has given her back the best of all she thought she had lost and then some. A second chance. God is good! I love you ladies. ❤️
