I call looking for help for my daughter and the representative response was to call 311.

Sad thing is people think domestic violence is a joke. I've called this place numerous times as an advocate for other victims, I never got a return call. Now I am the victim and in need of assistance i'm calling and getting other numbers to call. It's not fair that people need help and being refereed to this place, I ended up staying in a hotel waiting for a call back. I will never tell anyone about this place.
