I called Thursday the 12th and Marlene immediately stated "can't it wait" when I was seeking help, then told me to call back during business hours. Marlene then gave the phone over to Jessy whom claimed they had funds and they could help me with assistance. Jessy assured someone would call me and never did. Today, Monday the 15th I spoke with another individual whom was super condescending and threatened to hang up multiple times. You'd think people whom worked at a crisis center would be more compassionate towards people who are traumatized. The lady refused to give me her name. Was extremely unprofessional and lacked empathy. God forbid someone who is suicidal calls for help and someone states "can't it wait".
