I took my dogs in for a health check today and needed assistance, so I approached Malik, the security guard, for help. Unfortunately, the interaction was very disappointing and unprofessional. Instead of focusing on his responsibilities and assisting visitors, he appeared more interested in flirting and avoiding his duties. His behavior made the situation uncomfortable, especially when it was clear that the attention was not welcome. As we were leaving, he approached my wife and asked for her information under the impression that it was for official purposes. However, it became clear that he was attempting to flirt and was essentially catcalling her. This was upsetting and inappropriate. A workplace, especially in a setting serving the public, should remain professional at all times. I believe this matter should be addressed to ensure other visitors do not have a similar experience.

Worst than one. Before I got there I called to make sure the security guard and receptions knew what Outpatient was, then I got misdirected to the main building. I got court mandated for IOP, and that’s the direction. So eventually made it to a parking for the building. I’m Hispanic I speak English and Spanish. When I walked in asked them questions about if there’s IOP They started gossiping in Spanish about their coworkers. I snapped at them bc I’m asking for her help and they’re gossiping in my face about their coworkers in a language I speak. Then they got offended and told me I needed to find a bed as a homeless not IOP (group therapy with the ability to work) They said that to my mother. And it smelled bad. So except snappy gossiping women who switch languages so you don’t understand them.

the staff there was rude and discriminated my brother and I. after asking for all the information, the lady who called said we didn't qualify and deserve the rental assistance. I may have a disability but I know when I am being discriminated. reason I have taken this case to all of social media to expose the true face of camillus house. greedy and selfish people who want the benefits for themselves.
