Community Assistance Programs (CAPs) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for underprivileged populations and promoting sustainable employment with livable wages. They offer free job training, job placement opportunities, and government subsidies to reduce payroll costs and increase business profits for employers. CAPs has a strong track record of success, serving over 17,000 job seekers and supporting more than 4,000 businesses. Their mission is to provide structured job placement and training methods to meet the demands of the business market and to create an efficient service delivery system that meets the needs of both businesses and job seekers.
