Very accommodating facility. The staff was extremely educated! No matter who you worked with everyone was willing to help. They were all very supportive during every process and discussion.

We used C2Adopt for both of our adoptions, and they truly live up to the name of "Lifetime Adoption Agency." We appreciated their classes and education to prepare us as adoptive parents, and they were with us through each stage of our adoption process. We continue to use their supportive and caring social workers for questions as our children grow older. Perhaps most meaningful is their emphasis on doing what is best for the child by supporting all involved in adoption -- birth parents, adoptive parents, and each child. Their thoughtful, attentive, and warm manner sustained us through a complex process...and they still do!

Likes to take your money and provide minimum services. Adoption agents do bare to get your home study in order and take forever to reply to email and phone calls. They get angry and defensive when you point out fee structure and administrative procedures. Not worth the $5,000. They charge you to just copy and paste a report that you basically have to write yourself. We had to go with another agency because they messed up our home study and couldn’t foster to adopt through the program they put us through.
