Please make sure you have all your documents I had mine and still no help the case worker said they was going to pay my lights last week that day then email couple days later and which it up I had a whole disconnection notice showed proof and everything now the supervisor came up with something else sent me a email saying they was going to pledge 2000 for my rent which that up also they only way the will help with rent is if you have a job news flash I have a disable child in my home so what job I’m work and find in 6 days but one thing I know and two things for sure God will never leave me nor forsake he say ask you shall receive

My experience was very disappointing I had a case worker named Jacqueline medina I had appointment for a Wednesday at 9:30 I never received a call never received a call she didn't try to help the next week I tried to fill out application I get this if you not trying to help anyone just say that their are people who need help. I hope someone look at these reviews about this case worker and fire her

I can’t sing their praises loud enough. I was behind due to being laid off and they helped promptly with rental assistance. Forever grateful❤️
