Buchanan County Prosecuting Attorney's Office

Pretty sad that nothing can get done for my child to receive child support now that I live in Buchanan county. Apparently the prosecuting attorney Rebecca Spencer just believes in taking someone to court once... And then let them slip by doing the same thing they did that got them in trouble in the first place which is not payment. Apparently I'll Rebecca Spencer did is get her convicted of non-payment of child support she's never spent a day in jail, she's never had a text refund garnished, she receives child support herself for another child, and goes about daily evading the system when she told us to this day and the system lets her do it especially if you can and county! It's pretty sad that a convicted felon for non-payment of child support can't get arrested and put in jail! Especially when who's been doing this for over a decade and now owes over $45,000.
