I have a family member who was trying to get help. Her social aniexty is so bad that she thought trying to text to get an appointment would greatly help her. Someone would start talking to her then stop every time she tried!! This place does not want help you! The whole mental health care places here are a joke along with all the medical doctors here!! So frustrating that no one cares around here!

I had just moved here to Crestview not too long ago and really needed to see a counselor I was suffering anxiety attacks and luckily waited less than 2 weeks and was able to see Conika. She helped me through my trauma and gave me coping skills to get through them. She was so easy and comfortable to talk to. She was very nice and I never felt judged. I’m glad I went!

I have been going here for a few years now and they have always meet or exceeded my needs. I messed up a few times along the way and they have always stood by me. April Burgess is the best at listening to my problems and addressing them accordingly. I always feel like I am getting the treatment I deserve from them. Thanks!

The staff has always been friendly and helpful, but docter services has constantly talked over me, not discussed issues I bring up, refused to take me off of a medication that Does Not Work, and has told me to "read a book" to help with my disorders and illnesses. I put in a change request and was told I would be reached out to that day by the Bridgeway doctor services director. It has now been more than three weeks and I have called more than once to remind them. Every time I hear that I will get "contacted that day" and never have.

Although the staff was pleasant the system they have in place does not service the need of people who are struggling with mental challenges. Toy don't see a therapist gir one b on one's your forced tok go to group therapy as if all clients are battling some sort of addiction and even then how can you diagnose ones state of mind in a group setting. I'm not sure if any one that works here is licensed psychologist or even therapist for that matter. The appointments are scheduled out for weeks, by the time one is seen by a professional they could very well hurry themselves or someone else. It saddens me to know that in this location this is the only facility treating mentally challenged patients. My mother visited this place three times and after each visit her anxiety become unbearable for her and family members. This is a failed system that the organization continues to use.
