Called because I’m homeless with a 2 year old and a old guy picked up yelling at me and saying that nobody was there to talk and I call back and no answer no voicemail what am I to do when a homeless shelter won’t help a homeless family

If you have a service animal; not an ESA, an actual SERVICE ANIMAL, (think blind people, people with seizures etc) you can't stay here. They think they are exempted from ADA. They aren't. Even if there's someone on the property with Anaphylactic allergies to dogs, they aren't.

Claimed to be a family shelter that ONLY dealt with families. Liars. There were more junky singles then there were families. Cameras everywhere including right outside of sleeping rooms they don't tell people about. If you had a drink before going they will kick you out. Can't lock any doors including bathroom doors so other people can walk in whenever. No way to keep your personal valuables safe someone actually stole my daughters pacifier for crying out loud. Prisoners get more rights and privileges than people in this shelter. Not allowed to swear because it's offensive to others yet someone on something yelled out the window a bunch of f u mother fs and was allowed to stay without anything being done. Hypocrites

I am very greatful for being able to have housing in this place but this is not a day shelter. They don’t care if you have no where to go during the day as long as your off the premises for 6 hours !! even in the freezing cold with a BABY!! some staff are rude and they treat people of color differently.

This shelter is owned and operated by satanists and It's not a 24hr shelter they don't do anything on Saturday and Sunday was told it's there policy not to help the homeless on the weekend's even if you're a homeless VETERAN. and they don't give a damn if you freeze to death they are pure evil.
