Very disappointed to hear about what this place has become. Not sure if no one has training, or what, but allowing people to steal MEDICATIONS from other DV survivors and then doing absolutely nothing is just allowing abuse to happen all over again. Just because it's not physical doesn't mean it's not abuse. There should be a zero tolerance policy for theft, but... Let's just say keep valuable things with you because all the locks are the same so nothing is safe and staff doesn't care or ignores it. Had a friend recently stay there and the things she told me made my blood boil. Maybe change the name to "Refuse House" (as in trash), because there's no refuge there.

Very disappointing, had a cab bring me down from another city and got turn away.And the boss lady did not won't me waiting on their property for another cab to pick me up. This person acted like she had no heart, nor feelings. I had to go to a church down the street to wait on my cab. I could not believe what I was going through. I had heavy luggage's toting it down the street. That was very humiliating. Who does that?
