Ridiculous and awful attitude from DiDi. Billing error charging me for a test I didn't even have done. Communication is terrible.

We live 6 hours from Blanco and were in town visiting the state park. My daughter became ill and the nearest urgent care was in San Antonio. Not only did BRC see my daughter in a timely manner, they completed a couple small tests in office and were able to determine cause of illness, and discussed treatment with us, in an extremely friendly and efficient manner. Moreover, my husband overheard the front office staff speaking to our insurance company, going to bat on our behalf, when insurance tried to deny payment of this visit. We are incredibly grateful to this clinic for their willingness to treat a walk-in patient and “fight” with insurance on behalf of a patient not their own.
