I am so grateful for Bethany House! They have been there for my children and i during a trying season in our lives! No judgement-just love! I’m on my healing journey with them and it is so humbling to know that I’m not alone in this journey. I know this too shall pass and one day I will be in a position to help someone through their journey of healing like Bethany House has done for me. Ms. Tanya has been such a big help during the process-Thank you and Thank Bethany House!

I will definitely give 5 stars. I want to give more if I could but this is the maximum! There is no place better than Bethany’s house! For real, I’ve tried many shelters but never felt welcomed and comfortable like I felt with Bethany House North Virginia. it’s almost too good to be true. The staff? AMAZING, KIND, WARM, and EFFICIENT at what they do. They have Very hard working people to provide lots of services for single moms with/without children in need. Thank you all so much. Bethany House Of Northern VA has been a blessing in so many ways. Me and my daughter ended up in a bad situation through covid...and the shelter took me in when I had nowhere safe to go. The Bethany House has an awesome after care program once you get through the process. The faith believing group gave me hope, supported me and my daughter! I had to find new employment once I left my area at that time and the Bethany House group helped me find employment by providing a computer to use whenever I needed it to look for jobs and make resumes. I later needed housing to move out the shelter, and Then the Bethany House helped me find a housing program to join to help me and my daughter even further get on our feet. I since then worked my butt off at my mail carrier job and been promoted twice. I am slowly but surely on the way to success and not living pay check to paycheck and once I get there I will never forget The Bethany House. I will forever appreciate them and hope no one is allowed to take them for granted, may they be blessed and protected for everything they do for people. I suggest them to anyone who is in desperate need for protection and safety to start fresh somewhere new for a while with resources to support healing. This is A excellent place to donate to as well I am a real person who went through something horrible with a past x boyfriend who kept trying to break into my house, in a bad neighborhood over flooded with drugs.I am blessed to get out of the hole I was in, and find such a resource such as Bethany House, and if I ever am making it really good one day money wise I will be happy to donate to their cause too, and can only pray that is the case in the near future!

This organization is terrible. My son and I needed immediate help. I called their hotline multiple times and no one answered. It took me forever to get in touch with the manager of the office and an intake officer. It has now been 7 days and I still have not heard back from the intake officer to help my son and I. My situation is really emergent, we are homeless for Gods sake. How is your mission to help women and children but your not even doing that!
