Office of children is very rude over the phone and in person, the front desk lady talks to you like your dumb, i called to let her know i sent in my prepapa forms and she said “yea well the authorization dosent go through the next day” like clearly anybody knows that i just wanted to confirm they received the papers, every time i call she has a nasty attitude or rushes me off the phone, when i went in person she was having a conversation about their life with another coworker, while someone called she answered and said hold and continued on with her irrelevant conversation, now i see why im always put on hold right away.. never busy in the office so i don't understand why i never get call backs or emails back right away, i have to call at-least three times a day everyday of the week for someone to get back to me .. need a new front desk person..

They do not respond to emails and voicemails. EXTREMLY annoying. Like, I understand the pandemic but we need to return to normalcy here. GET BACK TO WORK PEOPLE.

Though sometimes it takes a couple tries to get through over the phone (def due to a high influx of calls) - I find the staff to be wholeheartedly helpful. The two women receptionists are great. Staff like Nicole Battle Castillo, Lauren, Kevin, Karen, and Ms. Ghita have all been nothing short of excellent and insightful. They work hard on your behalf to make sure that all of you and your children’s needs are taken care of. I don’t think people realize how much work goes into getting these documents prepared and agreements submitted. They do so in such a timely manner and I’ve always had great experiences dealing with these people in specific. Thank you guys always for all that you do for us! Grateful

NJ DCPP and DCF are the worst concealed corruption and organized crime in America today. They illegally abduct and kidnap and drug 8,000 children every year, they are medical kidnappers working with the worst State corruption in history. NJ DCPP and DCF are under federal oversight since 1999 for the worst unconscionable abuse and torture to children in the world, they had 9 wards in the worst dangerous psychiatric institutions dedicated to the children they abducted because they had no place else to put them! These are our children they abduct for $9,000 a month per child. And now that they hired more case workers to lighten the load, they now medically kidnap and prolonged torture even more children with more resources - that this corruption hasn't been put away is beyond belief. Federal fighter attorneys are working around the clock to bring this heinous corruption to an end and have already won with federal writ to free horribly abducted, tortured and forced institutionalized children these monsters kidnapped. If they come near your home, leave the State immediately to save your children and family, it is the only way to save them and yourselves until our fighter attorneys and movement leaders bring the corruption and terror and tyranny down and free and return all the stolen children.

Very pure customer service, person on a front desk communicating as I'm owe her something, very rude don't want to explain nothing, always transferring call and nobody never pick it up and never calling back. Trying to speak with them 2 months!! Trying to set an appointment- it's not possible and they don't assist walk-ins!
