Much better experience lately. But a 4 only because I wonder sometimes if the clerk is in some kind of mood when she " can't give you advice like lawyer" when the question is not a question only a lawyer can give the answer to, but literally court rules plainly state what I can ask and they can and SHOULD be able to answer... And if it was once , twice, same gal, well that's a one gal, needs more experience.... But it's not just one. And ...not consistent with each one , I get a little discouraged when I can't get a straight answer one day , and a whole other visit I get a clerk attempting to answer , careful not to go over boundaries that would take a lawyer to fill. Either the sugar or salt u bring can catch u an attitude , and zero assistance pro se, or u catch someone on a good day and pour on the sugar. I learned to go in with sugar sprinkles all over me. .. they then love to assist you and answer any questions you have to the best of their ability or to the best of their capability as the clerk not the lawyer.

They really try to help everyone. I know it can be challenging at times. But they do their best.

Had to look up some old documents. Everyone I met with in my search was kind and professional.
